1. Who we are

Nadini (“we”, “us”) is a service run from Lebanon and available at nadini.duckdns.org. You can reach us at our contact page.

2. What the service does

When you scan a Nadini QR code at a participating venue and enter your order number, we show the order’s status and estimated time, and alert you on your phone when the venue marks it ready. Alerts can come through this web page, browser notifications, or WhatsApp if you choose it.

3. Using the service

• Use only the order number from your own receipt.
• Don’t misuse the service: no fake orders, spamming the “Where’s my order?” button, automated scripts, or attempts to access other people’s orders, the staff screens or our systems.
• You need a phone with a modern web browser and an internet connection. Keep the page open, or turn on notifications or WhatsApp, to receive alerts.

4. Estimates and alerts

Waiting times are estimates based on the venue’s typical preparation times. Alerts depend on the venue marking your order ready, your phone’s settings, battery and internet connection, and third parties such as browser makers and WhatsApp. We can’t guarantee that every alert arrives or arrives on time. If in doubt, check with the counter.

5. Your order and the venue

The venue, not Nadini, is responsible for your food and drinks, prices, payment, quality, allergens, refunds and service. Please raise any issue with your order directly with the venue.

6. Venues using Nadini

Businesses that use Nadini must use it lawfully and only for their customers’ orders. Every new venue gets a 7-day free trial with no payment details required. After the trial, the service continues only on a paid plan, billed monthly or yearly in US dollars and payable in advance. There is no long-term contract: a venue can stop at the end of any paid period, and paid periods are not refunded once started. We may pause a venue that doesn’t renew or that misuses the service. Prices are shown on our website and may change with 30 days’ notice.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Nadini available and secure, but it is provided “as is” and may be interrupted for maintenance, power or internet outages, or reasons beyond our control. We may update the service and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by Lebanese law, Nadini is not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by a missed or late alert, a venue’s actions, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Intellectual property

The Nadini name, logo, design and software belong to Nadini. Venue names and logos belong to their owners.

10. Law and contact
