In short: no account, no tracking ads, and a name only if the venue asks for one. We keep only what’s needed to tell you your order is ready, and we delete your phone number within 24 hours.
1. Who is responsible
Nadini, available at nadini.duckdns.org and run from Lebanon, is responsible for the data described here. Contact: our contact page.
2. What we collect and why

We don’t ask for your email or location, and we ask for your first name only at venues that call people by name, and we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Who we share it with
- The venue sees your order number, its status, whether you’re tracking it, and whether you asked about it. It doesn’t see your phone number.
- Service providers that run the service for us: our hosting provider (servers in the EU), Meta for WhatsApp messages, and the browser maker’s push service (for example Google or Apple) for notifications.
- Authorities, only if Lebanese law requires it.
We never sell your data.
4. How we protect it
All connections use HTTPS encryption. Order pages use random, unguessable links. Staff access uses individual secret keys that we store only in hashed form. Our servers are firewalled, kept up to date, and backed up. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we keep so there’s little to expose.
5. Your rights
Under Lebanese Law No. 81 of 2018 on electronic transactions and personal data, you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Email our contact page with the venue name, order number and approximate time. You can also stop WhatsApp messages at any time by blocking or deleting the chat.
6. Children
Nadini is a general service for café and restaurant customers and doesn’t knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Changes
We’ll update this page if our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.

لا نطلب بريدك الإلكتروني أو موقعك، ونطلب اسمك الأول فقط في المحلات التي تنادي الزبائن بأسمائهم، ولا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط الإعلانية أو التتبّع.
٣. مع من نشاركها
- المحل يرى رقم طلبك وحالته وما إذا كنت تتابعه أو سألت عنه، ولا يرى رقم هاتفك.
- مزوّدو الخدمة الذين يشغّلون الخدمة لصالحنا: مزوّد الاستضافة (خوادم في الاتحاد الأوروبي)، وميتا لرسائل واتساب، وخدمة الإشعارات التابعة لمتصفحك (مثل Google أو Apple).
- السلطات، فقط إذا اقتضى القانون اللبناني ذلك.
لا نبيع بياناتك أبداً.
٤. كيف نحميها
جميع الاتصالات مشفّرة عبر HTTPS. روابط الطلبات عشوائية ولا يمكن تخمينها. يدخل الموظفون بمفاتيح سرّية فردية نخزّنها بشكل مُشفَّر غير قابل للاسترجاع. خوادمنا محمية بجدار ناري ومحدَّثة ولها نسخ احتياطية. لا يوجد نظام آمن بالكامل، لكننا نقلّل ما نحتفظ به حتى يكون المعرَّض للخطر قليلاً.
٥. حقوقك
بموجب القانون اللبناني رقم ٨١ لعام ٢٠١٨ المتعلق بالمعاملات الإلكترونية والبيانات ذات الطابع الشخصي، يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية لدينا أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. راسلنا على our contact page مع اسم المحل ورقم الطلب والوقت التقريبي. ويمكنك إيقاف رسائل واتساب في أي وقت بحظر المحادثة أو حذفها.
٦. الأطفال
Nadini خدمة عامة لزبائن المقاهي والمطاعم، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات شخصية من الأطفال.
